鋼波紋(wen)涵管(guan)不(bu)少機器(qi)零件(jian),如沖床(chuang)的(de)(de)連桿(gan)、鍛錘的(de)(de)錘頭、火車掛鉤、沖模(mo)等,在工(gong)作時(shi)要(yao)承受沖擊(ji)載荷、如果仍用(yong)(yong)靜(jing)載荷作用(yong)(yong)下的(de)(de)強(qiang)度限指(zhi)標來進行設計計算,就不(bu)能保證這些零件(jian)工(gong)作時(shi)的(de)(de)安全性(xing)(xing),必須同時(shi)考(kao)慮材料的(de)(de)韌性(xing)(xing)。波紋(wen)涵管(guan)沖擊(ji)韌性(xing)(xing)波紋(wen)涵管(guan)沖擊(ji)韌性(xing)(xing)是指(zhi)材料抵抗(kang)沖擊(ji)載荷的(de)(de)能力。
鋼波紋涵(han)(han)管(guan)出(chu)廠時,涵(han)(han)管(guan)及配件均(jun)經過熱浸鍍鋅(xin)處理,鍍鋅(xin)層平均(jun)厚(hou)度(du)大于(yu)84μm,在沒有亂石沖刷(shua)的情況下(xia),它的鍍鋅(xin)層就可防止銹蝕。目前內涵(han)(han)管(guan)出(chu)廠前,根(gen)據(ju)鋼管(guan)管(guan)壁每年蝕耗厚(hou)度(du)0.01-0.03mm,都比外(wai)涵(han)(han)管(guan)做的要保守(shou),比正常管(guan)壁厚(hou)度(du)增(zeng)加了0.5mm,可提高使(shi)用(yong)壽命,而且(qie)涵(han)(han)管(guan)運至施(shi)工現場后,工地涂涮兩遍瀝(li)青,瀝(li)青涂層厚(hou)度(du)達(da)到0.3-0.5mm。
