鋼波紋涵管也(ye)叫波(bo)(bo)(bo)(bo)紋(wen)(wen)(wen)管(guan)涵(han)(han),是(shi)指鋪(pu)埋在(zai)公路(lu)、鐵路(lu)路(lu)下(xia)的(de)涵(han)(han)洞(dong)(dong)用(yong)(yong)的(de)螺紋(wen)(wen)(wen)波(bo)(bo)(bo)(bo)紋(wen)(wen)(wen)管(guan),它是(shi)由波(bo)(bo)(bo)(bo)形鋼(gang)(gang)板卷制成或用(yong)(yong)波(bo)(bo)(bo)(bo)形鋼(gang)(gang)片組拼成的(de)圓形鋼(gang)(gang)結構管(guan)。金屬波(bo)(bo)(bo)(bo)紋(wen)(wen)(wen)管(guan)涵(han)(han)的(de)波(bo)(bo)(bo)(bo)紋(wen)(wen)(wen)結構可(ke)使(shi)涵(han)(han)洞(dong)(dong)路(lu)面受力合理,荷載分布均(jun)勻,并具有一定的(de)抗變(bian)形能力,能解決北方寒冷(leng)地(di)(di)區(qu)(霜凍)對橋梁(liang)和(he)管(guan)涵(han)(han)砼結構的(de)破壞問題;使(shi)路(lu)表面沒有伸縮縫(feng),提高(gao)行車舒(shu)適性(xing);有利(li)于改(gai)善軟土地(di)(di)基結構與路(lu)堤交界處(chu)的(de)“錯臺(tai)”現(xian)象,提高(gao)行車安(an)全性(xing)。波(bo)(bo)(bo)(bo)紋(wen)(wen)(wen)管(guan)涵(han)(han)的(de)工后營運、養護成本低,工程實(shi)際造價也(ye)低于同類(lei)跨徑的(de)橋梁(liang)、涵(han)(han)洞(dong)(dong)。鋼(gang)(gang)波(bo)(bo)(bo)(bo)紋(wen)(wen)(wen)涵(han)(han)管(guan)進出口也(ye)可(ke)按照邊坡比(bi)例(li)做成斜口,加工波(bo)(bo)(bo)(bo)紋(wen)(wen)(wen)管(guan)管(guan)徑范圍0.5~8 m,管(guan)壁(bi)厚(hou)度為3 mm~7 mm,能夠滿足填(tian)土0.5 ~40 m厚(hou)的(de)需要。
