鋼波紋涵管也叫波(bo)(bo)紋(wen)(wen)管(guan)(guan)涵(han)(han)(han),是(shi)指鋪埋在公路、鐵路路下的(de)涵(han)(han)(han)洞用(yong)的(de)螺紋(wen)(wen)波(bo)(bo)紋(wen)(wen)管(guan)(guan),它是(shi)由波(bo)(bo)形(xing)(xing)(xing)鋼(gang)板卷制成或用(yong)波(bo)(bo)形(xing)(xing)(xing)鋼(gang)片(pian)組(zu)拼(pin)成的(de)圓(yuan)形(xing)(xing)(xing)鋼(gang)結(jie)構(gou)管(guan)(guan)。金(jin)屬波(bo)(bo)紋(wen)(wen)管(guan)(guan)涵(han)(han)(han)的(de)波(bo)(bo)紋(wen)(wen)結(jie)構(gou)可使(shi)涵(han)(han)(han)洞路面(mian)受力合理,荷載分(fen)布均(jun)勻,并具有(you)一定的(de)抗變形(xing)(xing)(xing)能(neng)力,能(neng)解決北方寒冷地(di)區(霜凍)對(dui)橋(qiao)梁和管(guan)(guan)涵(han)(han)(han)砼結(jie)構(gou)的(de)破壞(huai)問題;使(shi)路表面(mian)沒(mei)有(you)伸縮(suo)縫,提高行車舒適性;有(you)利于改(gai)善軟土(tu)地(di)基結(jie)構(gou)與路堤交界處的(de)“錯(cuo)臺(tai)”現象,提高行車安全性。波(bo)(bo)紋(wen)(wen)管(guan)(guan)涵(han)(han)(han)的(de)工后營運、養(yang)護(hu)成本低,工程實際造價也低于同類(lei)跨徑的(de)橋(qiao)梁、涵(han)(han)(han)洞。鋼(gang)波(bo)(bo)紋(wen)(wen)涵(han)(han)(han)管(guan)(guan)進(jin)出口也可按照邊(bian)坡比例做成斜口,加工波(bo)(bo)紋(wen)(wen)管(guan)(guan)管(guan)(guan)徑范圍0.5~8 m,管(guan)(guan)壁厚度(du)為3 mm~7 mm,能(neng)夠滿(man)足填(tian)土(tu)0.5 ~40 m厚的(de)需(xu)要。
