鋼波紋涵管也(ye)叫(jiao)波(bo)紋(wen)(wen)(wen)管(guan)涵(han),是指(zhi)鋪埋在(zai)公路(lu)(lu)、鐵路(lu)(lu)路(lu)(lu)下的(de)(de)涵(han)洞(dong)用(yong)的(de)(de)螺紋(wen)(wen)(wen)波(bo)紋(wen)(wen)(wen)管(guan),它是由波(bo)形(xing)(xing)鋼(gang)板卷制成(cheng)(cheng)或用(yong)波(bo)形(xing)(xing)鋼(gang)片(pian)組拼成(cheng)(cheng)的(de)(de)圓(yuan)形(xing)(xing)鋼(gang)結構管(guan)。金屬波(bo)紋(wen)(wen)(wen)管(guan)涵(han)的(de)(de)波(bo)紋(wen)(wen)(wen)結構可(ke)使(shi)涵(han)洞(dong)路(lu)(lu)面(mian)受力合理,荷(he)載分布均(jun)勻,并(bing)具有一定的(de)(de)抗變形(xing)(xing)能(neng)力,能(neng)解(jie)決北方寒冷地區(霜凍)對橋(qiao)(qiao)梁(liang)和(he)管(guan)涵(han)砼結構的(de)(de)破壞問題;使(shi)路(lu)(lu)表(biao)面(mian)沒(mei)有伸縮縫,提(ti)高行(xing)車舒適(shi)性(xing);有利(li)于(yu)改善(shan)軟(ruan)土地基結構與路(lu)(lu)堤交界處的(de)(de)“錯臺”現象,提(ti)高行(xing)車安(an)全性(xing)。波(bo)紋(wen)(wen)(wen)管(guan)涵(han)的(de)(de)工后營(ying)運、養護成(cheng)(cheng)本低,工程實際造價(jia)也(ye)低于(yu)同類跨徑的(de)(de)橋(qiao)(qiao)梁(liang)、涵(han)洞(dong)。鋼(gang)波(bo)紋(wen)(wen)(wen)涵(han)管(guan)進出口也(ye)可(ke)按照邊坡比(bi)例做成(cheng)(cheng)斜口,加工波(bo)紋(wen)(wen)(wen)管(guan)管(guan)徑范圍0.5~8 m,管(guan)壁(bi)厚度為(wei)3 mm~7 mm,能(neng)夠(gou)滿足填(tian)土0.5 ~40 m厚的(de)(de)需要。
