我公司(si)生產的鋼波(bo)(bo)紋(wen)(wen)(wen)涵(han)(han)管(guan)在出(chu)廠(chang)前嚴格(ge)按鋼波(bo)(bo)紋(wen)(wen)(wen)涵(han)(han)管(guan)加(jia)工驗收(shou)標準(zhun)進(jin)行,并工廠(chang)進(jin)行了預拼裝,保(bao)證(zheng)產品(pin)不合(he)格(ge)不出(chu)廠(chang)。鋼波(bo)(bo)紋(wen)(wen)(wen)涵(han)(han)管(guan)出(chu)廠(chang)時,進(jin)行出(chu)廠(chang)檢(jian)驗。檢(jian)驗項目按照《公路涵(han)(han)洞通道用波(bo)(bo)紋(wen)(wen)(wen)鋼管(guan)(板)》(JT /T規范中第條的規定的內容(rong)進(jin)行檢(jian)驗。檢(jian)驗合(he)格(ge)后(hou)并附有(you)產品(pin)質量(liang)合(he)格(ge)證(zheng)書和(he)質檢(jian)報告。
鋼波紋涵管現場安裝時,必須嚴格按照設計以及鋼波紋涵管施工安裝規范的要求施工。現場施工中土建部分驗收標準可參照交通部《公路工程質量檢驗評定標準》JTGF中有關標準,鋼波紋涵管外回填土的驗收可歸入路基工程之中。波紋鋼板運到施工現場后,必須逐塊檢查。材料出廠時己進行了熱鍍鋅防腐處理,運輸工地后,卸貨時不可直接翻拉,應采用吊車配合人工進行裝卸,避免損壞鍍鋅層。卸車后進行外觀檢查,防止出現損傷變形、裝卸劃痕、鍍鋅層損壞、切口有不規則鋸齒現象。涵洞基礎的地基承載力必須滿足設計要求,嚴禁超挖、自填虛土以及標高控制。、鋼波紋涵管在安裝時,拼接處必須清理干凈,保證拼縫搭接緊密,防止有空隙。、鋼波紋涵管在二次防腐處理前,應按施工順序在搭接處用密封膠涂裝,防止滲水。//hanihanbj.com/
