鋼波紋管根據以往經歷,施(shi)工(gong)現(xian)場發現(xian),管(guan)體頂(ding)部還(huan)沒停止時(shi),就將鋼波(bo)紋涵管(guan)上下游的八字墻、一(yi)字墻施(shi)工(gong)完成了,這種施(shi)工(gong)方式將存(cun)在(zai)填土(tu)結束后端(duan)(duan)墻裂(lie)縫的弊端(duan)(duan),因波(bo)紋管(guan)在(zai)填土(tu)過(guo)程中存(cun)在(zai)管(guan)壁變(bian)形,一(yi)般變(bian)形量為管(guan)徑±0.5-2%,當然此變(bian)形數值和管(guan)側填土(tu)的密(mi)實度有很大關系。
但填(tian)土停止后波(bo)紋管(guan)不再變形(xing),建(jian)成(cheng)后行車動載對其(qi)影響很(hen)微小,(管(guan)壁的變形(xing)為0.06-0.15cm)。因此,為避(bi)免端墻裂(lie)縫,可(ke)采(cai)取以下兩(liang)種措施(shi)。根(gen)底(di)做好后,上下游的八(ba)字墻、一(yi)字墻根(gen)底(di)和砂礫根(gen)底(di)上頂面標高(gao)一(yi)致即可(ke),開始拼裝鋼波(bo)紋涵(han)管(guan),在管(guan)體裝置就位(wei)結束后,可(ke)采(cai)取不施(shi)工端墻。
而將波紋管的填土填至路頂面標高十五日后再施工端墻。也便是波紋管停止了管壁的變形后。鋼波紋涵管裝置就位結束后,可以將兩(liang)端端八字墻、一(yi)(yi)字墻施工至(zhi)與波紋管(guan)(guan)管(guan)(guan)頂(ding)高度(du)一(yi)(yi)致時就(jiu)不再(zai)施工,波紋管(guan)(guan)管(guan)(guan)頂(ding)部填土填至(zhi)路基(ji)規劃標高再(zai)夯實(shi)。

現場施工中土建部分檢驗規范可參照交通部《公路工程質量檢驗評定規范》JTGF801-2004中有關規范,鋼波紋管外回填土的檢驗可歸入路基工程之中。重量輕,裝置時不需要大型吊運設備。軸向柔性好,敷設時對溝槽底部平坦度,堅實度需求較低,接受裝置不當所構成的非正常應力的能力強。//hanihanbj.com/
