鋼(gang)(gang)波(bo)(bo)(bo)紋(wen)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)涵(han)(han)(han)施工(gong)(gong)(gong)及安(an)裝(zhuang): 1.涵(han)(han)(han)洞施工(gong)(gong)(gong)前準備相關材(cai)料,人員(yuan)及設(she)(she)備進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)場,并(bing)做好施工(gong)(gong)(gong)時期的(de)安(an)全(quan)防護工(gong)(gong)(gong)作,對(dui)路(lu)基(ji)邊坡(po)(po)進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)行(xing)圍(wei)網保護,防止石(shi)(shi)塊等物(wu)體(ti)下(xia)(xia)(xia)滑傷人。 2.基(ji)礎處理:可回(hui)填砂礫或(huo)(huo)砌(qi)筑片石(shi)(shi)砼,對(dui)基(ji)底進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)行(xing)平整(zheng),換(huan)填30-50cm厚的(de)砂礫材(cai)料,密實(shi)度(du)(du)達到90%以上,選(xuan)擇適當的(de)流水(shui)(shui)縱坡(po)(po)3%左右,定出每道(dao)涵(han)(han)(han)的(de)中線(xian)和邊線(xian)。 4.如果涵(han)(han)(han)長(chang)(chang)小(xiao)于30米(mi),波(bo)(bo)(bo)紋(wen)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)涵(han)(han)(han)兩(liang)(liang)側(ce)與(yu)原(yuan)涵(han)(han)(han)寬(kuan)(kuan)度(du)(du)大(da)于80cm,可將整(zheng)道(dao)波(bo)(bo)(bo)紋(wen)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)涵(han)(han)(han)在(zai)(zai)下(xia)(xia)(xia)游或(huo)(huo)上游向一(yi)端(duan)推(tui)(tui)進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin),就位(wei)以后,再進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)行(xing)一(yi)端(duan)擋墻(qiang)的(de)砌(qi)筑,四(si)周的(de)回(hui)填工(gong)(gong)(gong)作,可回(hui)填沙(sha)礫、碎(sui)石(shi)(shi)土(tu)(tu)、砌(qi)筑片石(shi)(shi)等。頂部采用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)砌(qi)片石(shi)(shi)或(huo)(huo)高(gao)壓(ya)泵送(song)膨脹(zhang)水(shui)(shui)泥(ni)砂漿。 5.如果涵(han)(han)(han)長(chang)(chang)大(da)于30米(mi),波(bo)(bo)(bo)紋(wen)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)涵(han)(han)(han)兩(liang)(liang)側(ce)與(yu)原(yuan)涵(han)(han)(han)寬(kuan)(kuan)度(du)(du)小(xiao)于80cm,可將3m-6m長(chang)(chang)涵(han)(han)(han)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)在(zai)(zai)下(xia)(xia)(xia)游或(huo)(huo)上游向一(yi)端(duan)推(tui)(tui)進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin),就位(wei)以后可以將其(qi)固定,砌(qi)筑的(de)片石(shi)(shi)端(duan)墻(qiang),波(bo)(bo)(bo)紋(wen)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)涵(han)(han)(han)的(de)另一(yi)端(duan)與(yu)涵(han)(han)(han)洞間的(de)間距用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)沙(sha)袋或(huo)(huo)漿砌(qi)片石(shi)(shi)擋住,寬(kuan)(kuan)度(du)(du)50cm,然(ran)后開始回(hui)填。兩(liang)(liang)側(ce)可用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)粗(cu)沙(sha)水(shui)(shui)密法密實(shi)或(huo)(huo)澆注混凝(ning)土(tu)(tu)震動棒(bang)搗實(shi)。頂部采用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)高(gao)壓(ya)泵送(song)膨脹(zhang)水(shui)(shui)泥(ni)沙(sha)漿。該節(jie)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)四(si)周填筑完(wan)畢(bi)后,將第二節(jie)運至,進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)行(xing)兩(liang)(liang)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)的(de)連(lian)接,連(lian)接完(wan)畢(bi)后,以上述相同的(de)方(fang)法進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)行(xing)回(hui)填,依此順序完(wan)成管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)道(dao)波(bo)(bo)(bo)紋(wen)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)涵(han)(han)(han)的(de)修建(jian)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作。
波紋管(guan)涵(han)(han)是與(yu)鋼筋混凝土(tu)管(guan)涵(han)(han)相比,具有管(guan)節薄(bo),重(zhong)量輕,便于運(yun)輸存(cun)放,施工工藝簡單,組裝快速,工期短等優點。
建筑波(bo)紋(wen)管(guan)時(shi),可根據需要隨意組裝成任(ren)何長度(du),必要時(shi),管(guan)節還可拆除,遷(qian)往別處修建,在缺乏砂石材料(liao)地(di)區(qu)或地(di)基承載力較(jiao)低的地(di)區(qu),波(bo)紋(wen)管(guan)涵的優越(yue)性更為顯著(zhu)。
鋼波(bo)紋(wen)涵(han)管在國外的(de)公(gong)路(lu)、鐵(tie)(tie)路(lu)和房屋建工(gong)程(cheng)中(zhong)早已被方(fang)泛采(cai)用(yong),一些(xie)發達 不僅(jin)設(she)有制造波(bo)紋(wen)管節(jie)的(de)工(gong)廠,而(er)且(qie)有些(xie) 發布了波(bo)紋(wen)管涵(han)的(de)設(she)計與施工(gong)規(gui)范或(huo)規(gui)程(cheng)。我國解放前(qian)公(gong)路(lu)、鐵(tie)(tie)路(lu)部門也曾使(shi)用(yong)過國外進口的(de)波(bo)紋(wen)管管節(jie)。目前(qian)我國已有專門生產波(bo)紋(wen)管涵(han)的(de)工(gong)廠,鑒于這種(zhong)管涵(han)的(de)許(xu)多(duo)優點,我國鋼材(cai)產量已跨居世界前(qian)列,在我國推廣應用(yong)波(bo)紋(wen)管涵(han)的(de)前(qian)景是非(fei)常廣闊的(de)。
鋼波紋(wen)涵(han)管(guan)不少(shao)機器零(ling)(ling)件,如沖(chong)(chong)床(chuang)的(de)連(lian)桿、鍛(duan)錘(chui)的(de)錘(chui)頭、火車掛鉤、沖(chong)(chong)模(mo)等,在(zai)工作時要承受沖(chong)(chong)擊載(zai)荷(he)、如果仍用靜(jing)載(zai)荷(he)作用下的(de)強度(du)限指(zhi)標來(lai)進行設計(ji)計(ji)算,就不能保證(zheng)這些(xie)零(ling)(ling)件工作時的(de)安全性(xing),必(bi)須同(tong)時考慮材料(liao)的(de)韌性(xing)。波紋(wen)涵(han)管(guan)沖(chong)(chong)擊韌性(xing)波紋(wen)涵(han)管(guan)沖(chong)(chong)擊韌性(xing)是指(zhi)材料(liao)抵抗沖(chong)(chong)擊載(zai)荷(he)的(de)能力(li)。
鋼波(bo)紋涵(han)管(guan)出廠時,涵(han)管(guan)及配件均經過(guo)熱浸鍍鋅處理(li),鍍鋅層平均厚(hou)度(du)(du)(du)大于84μm,在(zai)沒有亂石沖刷的(de)情況下(xia),它的(de)鍍鋅層就(jiu)可(ke)防止銹蝕。目前(qian)內涵(han)管(guan)出廠前(qian),根據鋼管(guan)管(guan)壁每(mei)年蝕耗厚(hou)度(du)(du)(du)0.01-0.03mm,都比(bi)外(wai)涵(han)管(guan)做的(de)要(yao)保(bao)守(shou),比(bi)正常管(guan)壁厚(hou)度(du)(du)(du)增(zeng)加了0.5mm,可(ke)提高(gao)使用(yong)壽(shou)命,而且涵(han)管(guan)運至(zhi)施工現(xian)場后(hou),工地(di)涂(tu)涮兩遍瀝(li)青(qing),瀝(li)青(qing)涂(tu)層厚(hou)度(du)(du)(du)達到(dao)0.3-0.5mm。
并且根據內車輛超載運輸的實際情況,還對YTHG鋼波紋涵管的技術參數(波距、波深、壁厚)進行了調整,增大了涵管在內使用的保險系數。以上幾種措施即可滿足使用要求,使用壽命完全能適合公路的需求,更能滿足受流石沖刷的涵洞,確保流石對涵管管壁的沖擊。//hanihanbj.com/
