1 涵洞施(shi)工前準備(bei)相關材料,人員(yuan)及設備(bei)進場,并 做(zuo)好施(shi)工時期的安全防護(hu)工作,對(dui)路(lu)基邊坡進行圍網(wang)保護(hu),防止石塊(kuai)等物(wu)體下滑(hua)傷人。

2 基礎處理:可回填砂礫或砌筑片石砼,對基底進行平(ping)整,換填30-50cm厚(hou)的(de)砂礫材料(liao),密(mi)實度達(da)到90%以上(shang),選(xuan)擇(ze)適(shi)當的(de)流水縱坡3%左右,定(ding)出每(mei)道(dao)涵的(de)中線(xian)和邊(bian)線(xian)。

3 波紋管(guan)涵施工時,采用分段施工的(de)方法,預先在(zai)原拱涵基底用角(jiao)鋼并排兩根(gen)(gen),長度(du)根(gen)(gen)據涵長確定,作(zuo)涵管(guan)推進時的(de)滑軌,波紋涵管(guan)管(guan)徑根(gen)(gen)據工程(cheng)需要可有不同(tong)的(de)規格(ge),整裝管(guan)管(guan)徑為0.5m-2.5m,每節長度(du)3.06米(mi),采用內(外)法蘭螺栓連接,拼(pin)裝管(guan)管(guan)徑為3m-8m,板(ban)與板(ban)搭(da)接高強(qiang)螺栓緊(jin)固。

4 如果涵長小于30米,波(bo)紋管涵兩側與原涵寬(kuan)度(du)大于80cm,可將整(zheng)道波(bo)紋管涵在下游或上游向一端推進,就位以后,再進行(xing)一端擋墻(qiang)的砌筑,四周(zhou)的回填(tian)工(gong)作,可回填(tian)沙礫、碎石(shi)土、砌筑片(pian)(pian)石(shi)等。頂部采用(yong)砌片(pian)(pian)石(shi)或高壓(ya)泵送膨脹(zhang)水泥砂(sha)漿。

5 如果涵(han)(han)長大(da)于30米,波(bo)紋管涵(han)(han)兩側與原涵(han)(han)寬度(du)小于80cm,可(ke)將3m-6m長涵(han)(han)管在(zai)下游或(huo)(huo)上(shang)游向一端推進(jin),就位(wei)以后可(ke)以將其固定,砌筑頂(ding)端的(de)(de)片石端墻,波(bo)紋管涵(han)(han)的(de)(de)另一端與涵(han)(han)洞間(jian)的(de)(de)間(jian)距用沙(sha)袋或(huo)(huo)漿砌片石擋住,寬度(du)50cm,然后開始回(hui)填(tian)。兩側可(ke)用粗(cu)沙(sha)水(shui)密法(fa)密實或(huo)(huo)澆注(zhu)混凝(ning)土震動棒搗實。頂(ding)部采用高(gao)壓(ya)泵送膨脹(zhang)水(shui)泥沙(sha)漿。該節管四周填(tian)筑完畢(bi)后,將第(di)貳(er)節運至(zhi),進(jin)行兩管的(de)(de)連接,連接完畢(bi)后,以上(shang)述相同的(de)(de)方法(fa)進(jin)行回(hui)填(tian),依此順序完成管道波(bo)紋管涵(han)(han)的(de)(de)修建(jian)工(gong)作(zuo)。
