液(ye)壓成型(xing)在鋼波紋涵管中的實(shi)際應用方法(fa)
由于(yu)焊(han)(han)接質量的原因,使波紋(wen)管(guan)、環(huan)和鋼(gang)絲(si)(si)(si)網套(tao)(tao)在三位一(yi)體焊(han)(han)接過程中(zhong)造成部(bu)份(fen)鋼(gang)絲(si)(si)(si)的虛(xu)(xu)焊(han)(han)(過燒或末(mo)焊(han)(han)上(shang))。這樣(yang)軟管(guan)裝入管(guan)路后由于(yu)鋼(gang)絲(si)(si)(si)受力(li)不均,在介(jie)質壓力(li)作用下,虛(xu)(xu)焊(han)(han)處(chu)鋼(gang)絲(si)(si)(si)先拉脫,使整個鋼(gang)絲(si)(si)(si)網套(tao)(tao)拉脫,致使波紋(wen)管(guan)外鼓失效,發生(sheng)危險(xian)。

金(jin)屬軟管(guan)接頭(內連接部(bu)分)焊接質(zhi)量缺陷(xian),造成軟管(guan)泄漏失效機械(xie)液壓成形(xing)(xing)是將(jiang)管(guan)坯先用滾壓方(fang)(fang)法(fa)向內滾形(xing)(xing),然后用液壓方(fang)(fang)法(fa)向外(wai)脹形(xing)(xing)成波紋管(guan)。機械(xie)液壓成形(xing)(xing)的波紋管(guan),由于(yu)波峰、波谷都(dou)參加了變形(xing)(xing),都(dou)達到了強化(hua),對提高波紋管(guan)彈性起(qi)到了良好的作用,是制(zhi)造深波波紋管(guan)的一種有效工藝(yi)方(fang)(fang)法(fa)。
當后剩余(yu)的鋼絲不足以承受波(bo)紋管(guan)的內壓(ya)及熱膨脹載荷時(shi)全部被過(guo)載拉(la)斷。在(zai)缺少絲網依(yi)托下,波(bo)紋管(guan)發生瞬時(shi)過(guo)度彎曲(qu)(qu)變形而(er)在(zai)焊縫的薄弱區撕裂失(shi)效,導致軟(ruan)管(guan)斷裂。安(an)(an)裝不當,造成絲網拉(la)斷軟(ruan)管(guan)在(zai)安(an)(an)裝過(guo)程中,由于安(an)(an)裝不當,或承受壓(ya)力過(guo)高(gao)時(shi),軟(ruan)管(guan)將受到拉(la)伸(shen)及扭曲(qu)(qu)作用。
主要用(yong)來制造環形(xing)(xing)(xing)波紋(wen)(wen)(wen)管(guan)(guan),可成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)形(xing)(xing)(xing)壁(bi)厚(hou)0.08~4mm的波紋(wen)(wen)(wen)管(guan)(guan)。波紋(wen)(wen)(wen)管(guan)(guan)液壓(ya)成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)形(xing)(xing)(xing)是(shi)管(guan)(guan)坯(pi)在(zai)受內壁(bi)液體壓(ya)力下,當壓(ya)力超過金屬強(qiang)度后,在(zai)專用(yong)模具(ju)內成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)形(xing)(xing)(xing)為波紋(wen)(wen)(wen)管(guan)(guan)。橡膠(jiao)(jiao)成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)形(xing)(xing)(xing)工藝是(shi)脹形(xing)(xing)(xing)工藝的一種(zhong)。它(ta)是(shi)以橡膠(jiao)(jiao)為成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)形(xing)(xing)(xing)凸模,在(zai)壓(ya)力作用(yong)下像膠(jiao)(jiao)凸模變形(xing)(xing)(xing),把管(guan)(guan)坯(pi)按凹(ao)模型(xing)腔成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)形(xing)(xing)(xing)波紋(wen)(wen)(wen)管(guan)(guan),成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)形(xing)(xing)(xing)方(fang)式通常是(shi)單波連續成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)形(xing)(xing)(xing)。
波紋(wen)(wen)管(guan)的機(ji)械(xie)成(cheng)形,包括(kuo)旋(xuan)壓(ya)成(cheng)形、滾壓(ya)成(cheng)形和機(ji)械(xie)膨(peng)脹(zhang)(zhang)等(deng)(deng)工藝方法。一般來說機(ji)械(xie)成(cheng)形具有工藝簡單、工裝制(zhi)造(zao)容易,生產(chan)效率高(gao)等(deng)(deng)優點(dian)。同時也存在(zai)產(chan)品(pin)制(zhi)造(zao)比(bi)較粗(cu)糙,性(xing)能(neng)不高(gao)等(deng)(deng)缺點(dian)。它較多(duo)應用于螺旋(xuan)波紋(wen)(wen)管(guan),波紋(wen)(wen)膨(peng)脹(zhang)(zhang)節(jie)、大直徑厚(hou)壁波紋(wen)(wen)管(guan)的制(zhi)造(zao)。
當(dang)(dang)拉(la)伸或扭曲產生的(de)應力(li)超出(chu)軟(ruan)管(guan)(guan)鋼(gang)絲網套(tao)的(de)極(ji)限強度時,會使(shi)軟(ruan)管(guan)(guan)三位一體(ti)焊接部位的(de)網套(tao)或其它部位的(de)網套(tao)拉(la)斷(duan),進而使(shi)波紋管(guan)(guan)外鼓拉(la)伸破壞,引(yin)起(qi)原油(you)泄(xie)漏。軟(ruan)管(guan)(guan)管(guan)(guan)體(ti)在(zai)與軟(ruan)管(guan)(guan)接頭焊接時,當(dang)(dang)操作不當(dang)(dang)時,會產生焊接缺(que)陷,而這些缺(que)陷在(zai)試(shi)壓檢查時又很(hen)難發現。當(dang)(dang)軟(ruan)管(guan)(guan)接入介質管(guan)(guan)路,長期使(shi)用后(hou)會因疲勞等原因,使(shi)缺(que)陷處發生裂(lie)紋或斷(duan)裂(lie),終造成輸(shu)送管(guan)(guan)路的(de)介質泄(xie)漏。
波紋(wen)管(guan)的(de)波紋(wen)成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)形(xing)是(shi)(shi)制造波紋(wen)管(guan)的(de)關鍵工(gong)藝。目(mu)前(qian)常用的(de)成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)形(xing)方法有:液(ye)壓成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)形(xing)、機械成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)形(xing)、橡膠成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)形(xing)、焊(han)接成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)形(xing)、電化學成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)形(xing)等。金(jin)屬軟(ruan)管(guan)外套絲網在沿海含氯離子的(de)潮濕大氣介(jie)質及(ji)拉(la)應(ying)(ying)力(li)共同(tong)作(zuo)用下,部分發(fa)生(sheng)氯離子應(ying)(ying)力(li)腐蝕并斷(duan)裂(lie),部分點蝕后斷(duan)裂(lie),這是(shi)(shi)一個比較緩慢(man)的(de)逐(zhu)步斷(duan)裂(lie)過程。(hanihanbj.com)
