幕墻一貫反應用于我國各地公路舉措措施建設當中。金屬波紋管涵投入到了青海公路施工當中,三年的實踐證實,鋼波紋管在北方(fang)嚴寒地區(qu)完(wan)全符合公路建設當中的涵洞施工要求。
鋼波紋管在嚴寒地區完全符合施工要求
跟著波紋(wen)管涵在(zai)世(shi)界各地(di)的(de)安裝使(shi)用(yong),證(zheng)實了(le)此(ci)種結構在(zai)各種使(shi)用(yong)情(qing)況下(xia)的(de)通(tong)用(yong)性(xing)。在(zai)我國改革開(kai)放(fang)后,深圳及大(da)同(tong)煤(mei)礦開(kai)始從(cong)國外入(ru)口成(cheng)品波紋(wen)管涵進行涵洞施工。之后,上(shang)(shang)海(hai)市公(gong)路治理處、上(shang)(shang)海(hai)市政工程設計研(yan)究院(yuan)、上(shang)(shang)海(hai)同(tong)濟大(da)學對(dui)金屬波紋(wen)管涵進行了(le)動、靜載(zai)試驗(yan),結果表明能知(zhi)足設計使(shi)用(yong)要求,填補(bu)了(le)海(hai)內的(de)空缺,且迅速得到推廣應用(yong)。
公路(lu)工(gong)(gong)(gong)程的(de)涵(han)洞一(yi)般(ban)采用金(jin)(jin)屬(shu)(shu)筋(jin)混凝土制作。現(xian)采用金(jin)(jin)屬(shu)(shu)波(bo)紋(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)管(guan)(guan)涵(han)代替金(jin)(jin)屬(shu)(shu)筋(jin)混凝土進(jin)行(xing)(xing)涵(han)洞施工(gong)(gong)(gong)在海內時一(yi)項新技術(shu),金(jin)(jin)屬(shu)(shu)波(bo)紋(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)管(guan)(guan)涵(han)以其(qi)機能不亂、安(an)裝(zhuang)利便、有(you)利環保、造(zao)價低等(deng)長處迅速(su)在公路(lu)施工(gong)(gong)(gong)中代替了金(jin)(jin)屬(shu)(shu)筋(jin)混凝土施工(gong)(gong)(gong)的(de)涵(han)洞,發展遠景非常(chang)廣(guang)闊(kuo)。在公路(lu)施工(gong)(gong)(gong)中,應用金(jin)(jin)屬(shu)(shu)波(bo)紋(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)管(guan)(guan)涵(han)代替金(jin)(jin)屬(shu)(shu)筋(jin)混凝土進(jin)行(xing)(xing)涵(han)洞施工(gong)(gong)(gong)的(de)歷史已經有(you)100多(duo)年了。1896年,美國率提高前輩(bei)行(xing)(xing)波(bo)紋(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)管(guan)(guan)涵(han)通道、涵(han)管(guan)(guan)的(de)可行(xing)(xing)性研(yan)究(jiu)。其(qi)后,在美國、加拿大、澳大利亞等(deng)國的(de)公路(lu)建設中,均采用了金(jin)(jin)屬(shu)(shu)波(bo)紋(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)管(guan)(guan)涵(han)進(jin)行(xing)(xing)涵(han)洞的(de)施工(gong)(gong)(gong)。1990年,日(ri)本高速(su)公路(lu)設計,規范制定了波(bo)紋(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)管(guan)(guan)涵(han)設計技術(shu)規范。
金(jin)(jin)(jin)屬(shu)(shu)波(bo)紋(wen)管涵(han)是將薄(bo)金(jin)(jin)(jin)屬(shu)(shu)板板面壓成波(bo)紋(wen)后,卷制成管節(jie),可(ke)以(yi)增加管節(jie)的(de)剛度(du)和對管軸(zhou)壓力的(de)抵擋強度(du);出(chu)廠(chang)前(qian)采用熱浸鍍鋅工(gong)(gong)藝和施工(gong)(gong)現場噴涂瀝(li)青,雙層防(fang)腐處(chu)理保證了使用壽命;用此種(zhong)管節(jie)修建(jian)的(de)涵(han)洞(dong)被稱(cheng)為波(bo)紋(wen)金(jin)(jin)(jin)屬(shu)(shu)管涵(han)。實(shi)踐證實(shi),用金(jin)(jin)(jin)屬(shu)(shu)波(bo)紋(wen)管涵(han)代(dai)替金(jin)(jin)(jin)屬(shu)(shu)筋混(hun)凝(ning)土進(jin)行涵(han)洞(dong)施工(gong)(gong),不(bu)管從施工(gong)(gong)周期、施工(gong)(gong)造價、環保意義等方面都有其不(bu)可(ke)相(xiang)比(bi)的(de)優勝(sheng)性,且用金(jin)(jin)(jin)屬(shu)(shu)波(bo)紋(wen)管涵(han)進(jin)行涵(han)洞(dong)施工(gong)(gong),可(ke)大大進(jin)步道路(lu)行車的(de)恬靜(jing)度(du)與安(an)全性,避免道路(lu)中涵(han)洞(dong)的(de)“錯臺(tai)跳車”現形,有利于解決西北(bei)地區嚴寒霜凍對砼(tong)管涵(han)結構(gou)的(de)破壞(huai)題目。
波(bo)紋(wen)管(guan)設計計算的(de)參數為(wei)(wei)剛度(du)、應力、有效面積、失穩、答應位移(yi)、耐壓力和(he)使用壽命。波(bo)紋(wen)管(guan)的(de)剛度(du)計算,波(bo)紋(wen)管(guan)的(de)剛度(du)按照(zhao)載荷(he)及位移(yi)性(xing)質不同(tong),分為(wei)(wei)軸向剛度(du)、彎曲剛度(du)、扭(niu)轉剛度(du)等。目前在波(bo)紋(wen)管(guan)的(de)應用中,絕大(da)多數的(de)受力情況是軸向載荷(he),位移(yi)方式為(wei)(wei)線位移(yi)。
根據鋼波紋管的結構(gou)特點(dian),可以把(ba)波紋(wen)管當作圓(yuan)環殼(ke)(ke)(ke)、扁(bian)錐(zhui)殼(ke)(ke)(ke)或(huo)圓(yuan)環板(ban)所(suo)組成。設計計算(suan)波紋(wen)管也(ye)就是設計計算(suan)圓(yuan)外殼(ke)(ke)(ke)、扁(bian)錐(zhui)殼(ke)(ke)(ke)或(huo)團環板(ban)。
金屬波(bo)(bo)紋(wen)(wen)管(guan)(guan)設(she)計(ji)的(de)理(li)論(lun)基礎是板殼理(li)論(lun)、材料力(li)學、計(ji)算(suan)(suan)數(shu)學等。波(bo)(bo)紋(wen)(wen)管(guan)(guan)設(she)計(ji)的(de)參數(shu)較多,因為波(bo)(bo)紋(wen)(wen)管(guan)(guan)在系(xi)統中的(de)用途不(bu)(bu)同(tong),其(qi)設(she)計(ji)計(ji)算(suan)(suan)的(de)重(zhong)點也不(bu)(bu)一樣。例(li)如,波(bo)(bo)紋(wen)(wen)管(guan)(guan)用于(yu)力(li)平衡元(yuan)件,要(yao)求(qiu)波(bo)(bo)紋(wen)(wen)管(guan)(guan)在工(gong)作范圍內其(qi)有效面積不(bu)(bu)變或變化很小,用于(yu)丈(zhang)量元(yuan)件,要(yao)求(qiu)波(bo)(bo)紋(wen)(wen)管(guan)(guan)的(de)彈性特性是線性的(de);用于(yu)真(zhen)空開關管(guan)(guan)作真(zhen)空密封(feng)(feng)件,要(yao)求(qiu)波(bo)(bo)紋(wen)(wen)管(guan)(guan)的(de)真(zhen)空密封(feng)(feng)性、軸向位移量和(he)疲(pi)(pi)憊壽命(ming);用于(yu)閥(fa)門作密封(feng)(feng)件,要(yao)求(qiu)波(bo)(bo)紋(wen)(wen)管(guan)(guan)應具(ju)有一定的(de)耐(nai)壓力(li)、耐(nai)侵(qin)蝕、耐(nai)溫度、工(gong)作位移和(he)疲(pi)(pi)憊壽命(ming)。
