鋼波紋(wen)(wen)涵管(guan)(guan)不少(shao)機器零件,如(ru)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)床的(de)連桿、鍛(duan)錘的(de)錘頭、火車(che)掛鉤、沖(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)模等,在工作時要承受沖(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)擊(ji)載荷、如(ru)果仍用靜載荷作用下(xia)的(de)強度(du)限指(zhi)標(biao)來進行設(she)計計算,就(jiu)不能保證這些零件工作時的(de)安全(quan)性,必須(xu)同(tong)時考慮材料的(de)韌(ren)性。波紋(wen)(wen)涵管(guan)(guan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)擊(ji)韌(ren)性波紋(wen)(wen)涵管(guan)(guan)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)擊(ji)韌(ren)性是指(zhi)材料抵(di)抗(kang)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)擊(ji)載荷的(de)能力。
鋼波紋涵管(guan)(guan)出(chu)廠時(shi),涵管(guan)(guan)及配(pei)件均經(jing)過熱浸鍍(du)鋅(xin)(xin)處理,鍍(du)鋅(xin)(xin)層平均厚(hou)度大于84μm,在(zai)沒(mei)有亂石沖刷的情況下,它的鍍(du)鋅(xin)(xin)層就可防止銹(xiu)蝕。目前內涵管(guan)(guan)出(chu)廠前,根據鋼管(guan)(guan)管(guan)(guan)壁每(mei)年(nian)蝕耗(hao)厚(hou)度0.01-0.03mm,都比外涵管(guan)(guan)做(zuo)的要保守,比正常管(guan)(guan)壁厚(hou)度增加了(le)0.5mm,可提高使用(yong)壽命,而且涵管(guan)(guan)運(yun)至施工現場(chang)后(hou),工地涂涮(shuan)兩遍瀝(li)(li)青,瀝(li)(li)青涂層厚(hou)度達到0.3-0.5mm。
