我公(gong)司生產(chan)的(de)鋼(gang)波(bo)紋涵(han)管(guan)(guan)在出(chu)廠(chang)前嚴格(ge)(ge)(ge)按鋼(gang)波(bo)紋涵(han)管(guan)(guan)加工驗(yan)(yan)(yan)收標準進(jin)行,并(bing)工廠(chang)進(jin)行了預拼裝(zhuang),保(bao)證產(chan)品不合(he)格(ge)(ge)(ge)不出(chu)廠(chang)。鋼(gang)波(bo)紋涵(han)管(guan)(guan)出(chu)廠(chang)時,進(jin)行出(chu)廠(chang)檢(jian)驗(yan)(yan)(yan)。檢(jian)驗(yan)(yan)(yan)項目按照《公(gong)路涵(han)洞通道用(yong)波(bo)紋鋼(gang)管(guan)(guan)(板(ban))》(JT /T規(gui)范中第條的(de)規(gui)定(ding)的(de)內容進(jin)行檢(jian)驗(yan)(yan)(yan)。檢(jian)驗(yan)(yan)(yan)合(he)格(ge)(ge)(ge)后并(bing)附有產(chan)品質量合(he)格(ge)(ge)(ge)證書和質檢(jian)報告。
鋼波紋涵管現場安裝時,必須嚴格按照設計以及鋼波紋涵管施工安裝規范的要求施工。現場施工中土建部分驗收標準可參照交通部《公路工程質量檢驗評定標準》JTGF中有關標準,鋼波紋涵管外回填土的驗收可歸入路基工程之中。波紋鋼板運到施工現場后,必須逐塊檢查。材料出廠時己進行了熱鍍鋅防腐處理,運輸工地后,卸貨時不可直接翻拉,應采用吊車配合人工進行裝卸,避免損壞鍍鋅層。卸車后進行外觀檢查,防止出現損傷變形、裝卸劃痕、鍍鋅層損壞、切口有不規則鋸齒現象。涵洞基礎的地基承載力必須滿足設計要求,嚴禁超挖、自填虛土以及標高控制。、鋼波紋涵管在安裝時,拼接處必須清理干凈,保證拼縫搭接緊密,防止有空隙。、鋼波紋涵管在二次防腐處理前,應按施工順序在搭接處用密封膠涂裝,防止滲水。//hanihanbj.com/
