鋼波紋管的特點:
(1)鋼波紋管(guan)涵(han)結(jie)構強度高,勢鋼筋混(hun)凝土(tu)的1-3倍;對(dui)地基(ji)承(cheng)載(zai)能力、平整度要求較低(di),工程(cheng)實際(ji)造價(jia)比同(tong)類跨徑的橋、涵(han)洞(dong)相近或(huo)較低(di)。
(2)運營(ying)壽命(ming)長,可達100多年(nian)。
(3)施(shi)工(gong)周(zhou)期短,工(gong)廠集中化生產(chan),生產(chan)不受環境影響,有利(li)降低(di)成本(ben)、控制質量。
(4)重量輕、施(shi)工便(bian)捷(jie);現場安裝方便(bian),不需使用大型設備。
(5)解決(jue)北方寒(han)冷地(di)區(霜(shuang)凍)對(dui)橋(qiao)梁和管涵(han)砼結構的破(po)壞問題。
