我(wo)公司生產(chan)(chan)的(de)鋼(gang)波(bo)紋(wen)涵管(guan)在出廠前(qian)嚴格按鋼(gang)波(bo)紋(wen)涵管(guan)加工驗收(shou)標(biao)準進(jin)(jin)(jin)行,并(bing)工廠進(jin)(jin)(jin)行了(le)預拼裝(zhuang),保證產(chan)(chan)品不合(he)格不出廠。鋼(gang)波(bo)紋(wen)涵管(guan)出廠時,進(jin)(jin)(jin)行出廠檢驗。檢驗項目按照《公路涵洞(dong)通道用波(bo)紋(wen)鋼(gang)管(guan)(板)》(JT /T規(gui)范中第條的(de)規(gui)定的(de)內容進(jin)(jin)(jin)行檢驗。檢驗合(he)格后并(bing)附有產(chan)(chan)品質量合(he)格證書和質檢報(bao)告。
鋼波紋涵管現場安裝時,必須嚴格按照設計以及鋼波紋涵管施工安裝規范的要求施工。現場施工中土建部分驗收標準可參照交通部《公路工程質量檢驗評定標準》JTGF中有關標準,鋼波紋涵管外回填土的驗收可歸入路基工程之中。波紋鋼板運到施工現場后,必須逐塊檢查。材料出廠時己進行了熱鍍鋅防腐處理,運輸工地后,卸貨時不可直接翻拉,應采用吊車配合人工進行裝卸,避免損壞鍍鋅層。卸車后進行外觀檢查,防止出現損傷變形、裝卸劃痕、鍍鋅層損壞、切口有不規則鋸齒現象。涵洞基礎的地基承載力必須滿足設計要求,嚴禁超挖、自填虛土以及標高控制。、鋼波紋涵管在安裝時,拼接處必須清理干凈,保證拼縫搭接緊密,防止有空隙。、鋼波紋涵管在二次防腐處理前,應按施工順序在搭接處用密封膠涂裝,防止滲水。//hanihanbj.com/
