鋼波紋涵管也(ye)叫波(bo)(bo)(bo)紋(wen)(wen)(wen)管(guan)涵(han)(han),是(shi)指鋪(pu)埋在公路、鐵路路下(xia)的(de)涵(han)(han)洞用的(de)螺紋(wen)(wen)(wen)波(bo)(bo)(bo)紋(wen)(wen)(wen)管(guan),它(ta)是(shi)由波(bo)(bo)(bo)形鋼(gang)板卷(juan)制成(cheng)(cheng)或用波(bo)(bo)(bo)形鋼(gang)片組拼(pin)成(cheng)(cheng)的(de)圓形鋼(gang)結(jie)構管(guan)。金(jin)屬波(bo)(bo)(bo)紋(wen)(wen)(wen)管(guan)涵(han)(han)的(de)波(bo)(bo)(bo)紋(wen)(wen)(wen)結(jie)構可使涵(han)(han)洞路面受力合理,荷載分布均(jun)勻,并具(ju)有(you)一定(ding)的(de)抗(kang)變形能(neng)力,能(neng)解決北方寒(han)冷地(di)區(霜凍)對橋梁(liang)和管(guan)涵(han)(han)砼(tong)結(jie)構的(de)破壞(huai)問(wen)題;使路表面沒有(you)伸縮(suo)縫,提(ti)高行(xing)車舒適(shi)性(xing)(xing);有(you)利(li)于(yu)改(gai)善(shan)軟土(tu)地(di)基結(jie)構與路堤(di)交界處(chu)的(de)“錯臺”現(xian)象(xiang),提(ti)高行(xing)車安全性(xing)(xing)。波(bo)(bo)(bo)紋(wen)(wen)(wen)管(guan)涵(han)(han)的(de)工(gong)后(hou)營運(yun)、養(yang)護成(cheng)(cheng)本低(di),工(gong)程(cheng)實際造(zao)價也(ye)低(di)于(yu)同類跨徑(jing)的(de)橋梁(liang)、涵(han)(han)洞。鋼(gang)波(bo)(bo)(bo)紋(wen)(wen)(wen)涵(han)(han)管(guan)進出口(kou)也(ye)可按(an)照(zhao)邊坡比例(li)做(zuo)成(cheng)(cheng)斜口(kou),加(jia)工(gong)波(bo)(bo)(bo)紋(wen)(wen)(wen)管(guan)管(guan)徑(jing)范圍0.5~8 m,管(guan)壁厚度(du)為3 mm~7 mm,能(neng)夠滿足(zu)填土(tu)0.5 ~40 m厚的(de)需要。
