鋼波紋涵管的特點:

鋼(gang)波(bo)紋(wen)涵(han)(han)管(guan)也(ye)(ye)叫波(bo)紋(wen)管(guan)涵(han)(han),是指鋪埋在公路(lu)(lu)、鐵(tie)路(lu)(lu)路(lu)(lu)下的(de)涵(han)(han)洞用的(de)螺(luo)紋(wen)波(bo)紋(wen)管(guan),它是由波(bo)形(xing)(xing)鋼(gang)板(ban)卷制(zhi)成(cheng)或用波(bo)形(xing)(xing)鋼(gang)片(pian)組拼成(cheng)的(de)圓形(xing)(xing)鋼(gang)結(jie)(jie)構管(guan)。金屬波(bo)紋(wen)管(guan)涵(han)(han)的(de)波(bo)紋(wen)結(jie)(jie)構可使涵(han)(han)洞路(lu)(lu)面(mian)受(shou)力合理,荷載分(fen)布均勻,并具有(you)一定的(de)抗變(bian)形(xing)(xing)能力,能解決北方寒冷地區(霜凍)對橋梁(liang)和管(guan)涵(han)(han)砼結(jie)(jie)構的(de)破壞問題(ti);使路(lu)(lu)表面(mian)沒有(you)伸縮縫,提高(gao)行(xing)(xing)車舒適性;有(you)利于改(gai)善軟土(tu)(tu)地基結(jie)(jie)構與路(lu)(lu)堤交界處的(de)“錯臺”現(xian)象,提高(gao)行(xing)(xing)車安(an)全性。波(bo)紋(wen)管(guan)涵(han)(han)的(de)工后營運、養護(hu)成(cheng)本低(di),工程(cheng)實際造價也(ye)(ye)低(di)于同類跨徑(jing)的(de)橋梁(liang)、涵(han)(han)洞。鋼(gang)波(bo)紋(wen)涵(han)(han)管(guan)進出口(kou)也(ye)(ye)可按照(zhao)邊坡比例做成(cheng)斜口(kou),加工波(bo)紋(wen)管(guan)管(guan)徑(jing)范圍0.5~8 m,管(guan)壁厚度為3 mm~7 mm,能夠滿足填土(tu)(tu)0.5 ~40 m厚的(de)需(xu)要。
