鋼波紋涵管拼裝全部完成(cheng)后(hou)(hou),用定扭電動扳手(shou),按預緊力340±70N·m依次序緊固(gu)所有螺(luo)(luo)栓(shuan),不(bu)得漏掉。為保證螺(luo)(luo)栓(shuan)扭力矩的要求(qiu)值,回填之前隨機抽取(qu)結構縱向連接(jie)縫上(shang)2%的螺(luo)(luo)栓(shuan),用扭矩扳手(shou)抽檢實驗(yan)。螺(luo)(luo)栓(shuan)擰緊并(bing)符合要求(qiu)后(hou)(hou),在鋼板連接(jie)處和螺(luo)(luo)栓(shuan)孔(kong)處采(cai)用專用密封材料。安裝完畢后(hou)(hou),在管內外(wai)平均涂(tu)抹(mo)熱瀝青或乳化(hua)瀝青,涂(tu)層厚度(du)應不(bu)小(xiao)于1mm。
鋼波紋涵管是如何一步步替代傳統產品的?
拼裝(zhuang)(zhuang)底板時(shi),以管(guan)身中央軸線及中點為基(ji)準,波紋板定(ding)位,以此為出(chu)發點向兩(liang)側延伸,直至(zhi)涵洞進出(chu)口兩(liang)端。拼裝(zhuang)(zhuang)環形圈時(shi),由下(xia)向上順次拼裝(zhuang)(zhuang),軸向搭(da)接(jie)寬度(du)為120mm,搭(da)接(jie)部門上板籠蓋下(xia)板。
管(guan)(guan)頂填(tian)土(tu)厚(hou)度(du)(du)小于50cm時,不得使用(yong)大于6t的(de)壓(ya)路機碾(nian)壓(ya),不答應其他重(zhong)型(xing)施工機械(xie)通行或(huo)(huo)在管(guan)(guan)身(shen)上(shang)方堆放重(zhong)物。管(guan)(guan)頂填(tian)土(tu)層厚(hou)度(du)(du)以30cm為宜,采(cai)用(yong)小型(xing)機具夯實或(huo)(huo)8t以下的(de)手扶壓(ya)路機壓(ya)實,以上(shang)各層以20cm厚(hou)度(du)(du)壓(ya)實,直(zhi)至達到管(guan)(guan)身(shen)直(zhi)徑(jing)或(huo)(huo)跨徑(jing)要(yao)求的(de)小填(tian)土(tu)厚(hou)度(du)(du)后采(cai)用(yong)振(zhen)動式壓(ya)路機碾(nian)壓(ya),此時可答應重(zhong)型(xing)施工機械(xie)通行。
管(guan)身(shen)兩(liang)側(ce)(ce)(ce)分(fen)層壓實回填(tian)(tian)應(ying)同步(bu)對(dui)稱(cheng)進行(xing),兩(liang)側(ce)(ce)(ce)的(de)(de)回填(tian)(tian)土(tu)高度差不得(de)大于30cm。對(dui)于多道橋(qiao)涵平行(xing)排列的(de)(de),中間(jian)各道與(yu)兩(liang)側(ce)(ce)(ce)也應(ying)遵循同步(bu)對(dui)稱(cheng)回填(tian)(tian)的(de)(de)原則。回填(tian)(tian)夯實過程中,管(guan)身(shen)兩(liang)側(ce)(ce)(ce)面壓實施(shi)工(gong)(gong)時夯實裝備應(ying)與(yu)橋(qiao)涵軸線平行(xing)行(xing)駛;管(guan)身(shen)上方壓實施(shi)工(gong)(gong)時夯實裝備應(ying)與(yu)橋(qiao)涵軸線垂直行(xing)駛。
縱向施工順序,可(ke)(ke)(ke)從(cong)(cong)涵洞中間(jian)至兩(liang)端;對(dui)于兩(liang)端端墻已完成的也可(ke)(ke)(ke)以從(cong)(cong)兩(liang)端向中間(jian)推進(jin)。管(guan)身更大(da)直徑兩(liang)側(ce)0.6m外可(ke)(ke)(ke)使(shi)用(yong)18T壓(ya)路機碾壓(ya),0.6m范圍內必(bi)需使(shi)用(yong)小(xiao)型(xing)(xing)夯實(shi)機械夯實(shi),以避免壓(ya)路機等大(da)型(xing)(xing)機械設備對(dui)管(guan)涵的撞擊。填(tian)筑時(shi)應分層填(tian)筑、分層壓(ya)實(shi),每層壓(ya)實(shi)后(hou)的厚(hou)度為(wei)20cm,壓(ya)實(shi)度要求達到(dao)96%方可(ke)(ke)(ke)進(jin)行下層填(tian)筑。
對于(yu)多孔(kong)并列的(de)圓(yuan)管(guan)涵和連跨(kua)的(de)拱(gong)涵,由于(yu)空間原因(yin)管(guan)間距設置較小時,其管(guan)間曠地(di)空閑下(xia)部(bu)也可采(cai)用素混凝土或氣(qi)泡混合輕質土填(tian)實(shi),待其固化后(hou)再實(shi)行上部(bu)和頂(ding)部(bu)的(de)正(zheng)常回填(tian)。
采用(yong)(yong)粗(cu)砂“水密(mi)法”振蕩器密(mi)實(shi)(shi),或(huo)采用(yong)(yong)流態粉煤灰(hui)回(hui)填(tian)(tian),或(huo)水泥漿體澆筑。也可選(xuan)用(yong)(yong)更(geng)大(da)粒徑(jing)不超過3cm的級配碎(sui)石回(hui)填(tian)(tian),用(yong)(yong)小型夯實(shi)(shi)機械(xie)斜向夯實(shi)(shi),確保(bao)管(guan)底回(hui)填(tian)(tian)質(zhi)量(liang)。對于大(da)直(zhi)徑(jing)圓(yuan)管(guan)涵,可采用(yong)(yong)素(su)混凝土或(huo)氣泡混合輕質(zhi)土回(hui)填(tian)(tian),待其固化后(hou)再實(shi)(shi)行(xing)其外延部門的正常(chang)回(hui)填(tian)(tian)。
涵管(guan)兩(liang)側(ce)回填(tian)(tian)應采(cai)用(yong)(yong)(yong)砂礫(li)或與路基(ji)填(tian)(tian)料(liao)(liao)相(xiang)同的材料(liao)(liao)。涵管(guan)兩(liang)側(ce)回填(tian)(tian)應對稱施工,分層回填(tian)(tian),每層厚(hou)度(du)為(wei)20cm。涵管(guan)兩(liang)側(ce)近處用(yong)(yong)(yong)機(ji)械夯(hang)實,管(guan)底下方粗砂用(yong)(yong)(yong)“水密(mi)法”震蕩(dang)器振(zhen)(zhen)實。涵管(guan)兩(liang)側(ce)回填(tian)(tian)應采(cai)用(yong)(yong)(yong)振(zhen)(zhen)動夯(hang)實機(ji)逐層夯(hang)實。密(mi)實度(du)不小(xiao)于96%。當管(guan)頂回填(tian)(tian)土厚(hou)度(du)超過50cm后,采(cai)用(yong)(yong)(yong)壓(ya)路機(ji)靜壓(ya);填(tian)(tian)土厚(hou)度(du)超過60cm后,采(cai)用(yong)(yong)(yong)壓(ya)路機(ji)振(zhen)(zhen)壓(ya),壓(ya)實度(du)不小(xiao)于96%。
埋設于一般(ban)土(tu)質地基(ji)上的(de)波(bo)紋管(guan)(guan),常會時間(jian)性沉降,且往往管(guan)(guan)身(shen)中部大(da)于兩端(duan)。考(kao)慮到水流(liu)要乞降結構(gou)整體性,應設置基(ji)礎(chu)的(de)縱向預留(liu)拱度(du)(du)(du)(du),以(yi)實現管(guan)(guan)身(shen)預留(liu)拱度(du)(du)(du)(du)。預留(liu)拱度(du)(du)(du)(du)大(da)小(xiao)根據地基(ji)土(tu)可能泛(fan)起(qi)的(de)下沉量(liang)、涵底縱坡和填土(tu)高度(du)(du)(du)(du)等因素(su)綜合考(kao)慮,基(ji)礎(chu)在涵管(guan)(guan)縱向預留(liu)拱度(du)(du)(du)(du)一般(ban)為0.5%~1%,更大(da)不宜大(da)于2%,以(yi)確保管(guan)(guan)身(shen)中部不泛(fan)起(qi)凹(ao)陷或縱向滑移。
