為保(bao)證鋼波紋管的距離(li)和(he)順(shun)直，可用鋼筋支架(jia)對波(bo)紋(wen)管(guan)進行點焊固定，防止澆筑砼時(shi)(shi)左(zuo)右位移(yi)。管(guan)道鋪(pu)設后，出(chu)于其它原因造成(cheng)管(guan)壁(bi)呈現局部損壞，當損壞程(cheng)度比較小時(shi)(shi)，可經過(guo)焊槍修(xiu)補處理(li)，如(ru)環向、縱向裂縫小于管(guan)周長的112或孔徑60mm的情況(kuang)。
當(dang)損壞(huai)程度(du)大于這些數據(ju)時(shi)，宜(yi)經過換波紋管(guan)或基建筑(zhu)檢查(cha)井、連(lian)接井等(deng)修(xiu)補方(fang)法處理。雨期時(shi)節應留意防止管(guan)材漂浮、位移等(deng)現象(xiang)，當(dang)管(guan)道裝置完畢沒有覆土遇到水泡(pao)情況時(shi)，應復測(ce)管(guan)底(di)與管(guan)中(zhong)心高程，并(bing)做(zuo)好返(fan)工處理辦法。

一般將管(guan)(guan)拉結(jie)錨(mao)固(gu)在(zai)板底層鋼筋(jin)(jin)上，依(yi)據管(guan)(guan)徑巨細，每0.8-1.0米管(guan)(guan)長錨(mao)固(gu)一次(ci)鐵絲，底筋(jin)(jin)的錨(mao)固(gu)可別(bie)離(li)放兩(liang)條通(tong)長鋼筋(jin)(jin)做壓筋(jin)(jin)，然后用鐵絲將鋼筋(jin)(jin)與模板支架(jia)拉結(jie)錨(mao)緊。壓筋(jin)(jin)和(he)拉結(jie)鐵絲的巨細、拉結(jie)錨(mao)固(gu)距離(li)經核算后確認或由設計院給定。
