波(bo)紋板(ban)(ban)內(nei)襯之間(jian)(jian)現場采用(yong)高(gao)強螺栓拼(pin)接,波(bo)紋板(ban)(ban)加(jia)(jia)固(gu)結構與既有(you)隧道壁(bi)(bi)之間(jian)(jian)灌注自密實混凝土,施I速度相當快,加(jia)(jia)固(gu)效果相當好。加(jia)(jia)固(gu)在夜間(jian)(jian)進行,不中斷鐵路(lu)交(jiao)通,值得推廣應用(yong)。方案缺點是對隧道的(de)(de)凈寬(kuan)和(he)凈高(gao)有(you)一定壓縮。其實,鋼波(bo)紋板(ban)(ban)結構在國內(nei)其他的(de)(de)工程上有(you)很多應用(yong),壁(bi)(bi)如(ru)公路(lu)涵洞通道,軟土地區(qu)的(de)(de)涵洞通道,城市綜合(he)管廊上也(ye)有(you)少量應用(yong)。
金(jin)屬波紋涵管是(shi)將(jiang)薄金(jin)屬板板面壓(ya)成波紋后,卷制成管節,可以增加管節的剛度和(he)對管軸壓(ya)力的抵抗強度;出廠前采用(yong)(yong)(yong)熱浸鍍鋅工(gong)藝和(he)施工(gong)現場噴涂瀝青(qing),雙(shuang)層防腐處理(li)保證了使用(yong)(yong)(yong)壽命;用(yong)(yong)(yong)此(ci)種管節修建的涵洞被稱為波紋金(jin)屬管涵。
之后,上(shang)海(hai)市公(gong)路(lu)管理處上(shang)海(hai)市政(zheng)工程設(she)計(ji)研究院上(shang)海(hai)同(tong)濟大學對(dui)金屬波紋涵(han)管進行了動、靜載(zai)試驗,結果(guo)表(biao)明能滿足設(she)計(ji)使用要求,埴(zhi)補了國內的(de)空白(bai),且迅速得到推廣應(ying)(ying)用。幕(mu)墻一貫(guan)反應(ying)(ying)用于我國各地公(gong)路(lu)設(she)施建設(she)當中。
